The customer has a period of 10 calendar days from the reception of the order to return it. They may do this through any method.

The return package must include the purchasing receipt.

Postage costs will be chargeable to the customer.

No C.O.D. returns whatever will be accepted.

Once checked that the goods are in perfect condition (the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with its original packaging and labelling, we will proceed to make the refund of the amount for the article. However, no refund will be made of the costs corresponding to the initial delivery, even in the case of them having been free initially for the customer.

The refund of the amount will be made by the same means of payment that had been used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 10 days.

If the pieces have been engraved or modified at the request of the customer, they cannot be returned.

The user must be aware that, due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, some colours or forms of the articles may vary slightly in relation to the images shown on our web page.
